Our Mission

1. Help college students kickstart their careers

Our team came to the US in high school with little more than ambition. We faced setbacks, adapted quickly, and turned rejection into motivation—growing from college students to professionals with successful careers in the US.

Having lived the struggles international students face, especially in today’s challenging climate, we built a playbook of strategies that helped us land internships and full-time offers. This blog shares the lessons and practical tips we’ve gathered over the past 10 years to help international students launch their own careers in the US.

2. Help corporate employees thrive at work

Once in corporate, you’ll see it’s a different playing field. Unlike school, where success is measured by grades and clear assignments, corporate life is driven by ambiguity, collaboration, and results. There are no fixed syllabi- expectations shift with business needs, and grow depends on adaptability, communication, and problem solving. It’s less about memorizing answers and more about solving real-world problems with impact.

With 15 combined years in corporate America, our team has grown from analysts to senior managers and from individual contributors to people leaders. Along the way, we’ve identified key factors for career success and promotion, and we want to share this knowledge with anyone aiming to advance in corporate life.
